Terms of the Contract:

• I will transfer $1,600,000 to @pauldersgate within 24 hours of this contract's approval for the sole purpose of consolidating and refinancing his debts.
  
• I will create a chestshop at -7085 70 3351 in Undertown (/warp undertown) on Main North. I will allow @pauldersgate the chance to set a home there. All payments must be made at the chest and not on the forums. The payments will be made in increments of $56,000 for a total of 30 payments.

• @pauldersgate will repay at least $112,000 a week and is expected to repay a total of $1,680,000 by September 8th 2020.
  
• If @pauldersgate misses a payment or falls behind, he is expected to contact @Revanrose6 with an explanation and potential reconsideration of the debt.
