@imtheking444 please change it where it says "I will give a loan of 35k" to something along the lines of I will give a loan of 35k to @tanner654 Also, numbers 2 and 3 on your list of requirements need to be placed where you tagged tanner, as those are his responsibilities. Be sure to tag him every time you mention him too. @tanner654 you will need to reaccept the contract once it's approved.
