Alrighty. Before this contract can be approved, we first need to clear up a few things. @Eremtheminer, you need to include a time frame in which you will pay @Fleetfooter the 20k, such as 1 hour after contract approval, etc. As for when the 30k is due, a set date is required. By one month, do you mean by November 22? Once this has been edited in by @Eremtheminer, you will need to post once again stating that you agree, @Fleetfooter.
