General Purpose of Contract:
Loan of $60,000 ECD

I @stigarose agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Agree to lend $60,000 ECD to @josef197538 within 24hrs of contract approval with a $90,000 payback in 2 weeks from contract approval. Repayments will be made in game.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@josef197538 agrees to use his mayor town (yet to be named) as collateral for the loan.
@josef197538 will apply for mayor within 24 hours of receiving loan.
@josef197538 will add @stigarose as co-owner of his mayor town which he is using the loan to apply for.
@josef197538 agrees to pay each installments no later than the dates outlined below.
Payments will be as follows:
week 1-$60,000 4/9/2016
week 2-$30,000 4/16/2016
@josef197538 agrees if he fails to pay back the loan by 4/31/2016 @stigarose will retain ownership of his mayor town and may do as he wishes with it.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

@josef197538 had to add in the note about you applying for mayor withing 24 hours, you must re-agree just like above. tag @cdlawrence when you've-re agreed

 

@UnitedStates2 I thought this was already approved. My appologies. This deal has been completed except for repayment. So far all terms including being made comayor is done. I guess just lock the thread and call it a day. It is at your discretion if its approved or not. I honestly have no idea why I thought it was already approved. Huh.
