I will create a chestshop on Main North in the town of Undertown (/warp undertown) at the coordinates of -7086 70 3350. The chest shop will accept payments of $69,300 a piece. I will give access to the area for @KrazyTyrant to set a home. @KrazyTyrant will be charged a 10% interest rate overall making the loan repayment total $346,500 @KrazyTyrant will pay a minimum of $69,300 a week at the previously mentioned chest shop. The payment plan will be as follows: January 12th, 2020 - $69,300 January 19th, 2020 - $69,300 January 26th, 2020 - $69,300 February 2nd, 2020 - $69,300 February 9th, 2020 - $69,300 In the event all is not paid off by February 9th, 2020, @KrazyTyrant will have 1 week to pay off the remaining amount plus a $30,000 late fee. If by February 16th 2020, @KrazyTyrant has not paid off the total amount including the applicable late fee, @Revanrose6 will file a complaint and staff will handle it as they see fit.
