Terms of the Contract: 1. @RealRichNixon is to pay @PyroTechnix_ $7,000,000.00 within 72 hours of the approval of this contract. 2. @PyroTechnix_ is responsible for paying payments of $1,700,000.00 each approximately every 7 days, for a total of $8,500,000.00. Repayment will be done by a ChestShop located at /tppos 246 69 -143. 3. Late fees will follow the following regime: For every 24 hours that a payment is late, @PyroTechnix_ is required to pay an additional $150,000 per day late, up until late fees accrue to $900,000. In the event that this occurs, @RealRichNixon may file a complaint via the forums regarding a breach of contract. 4. Payments will be due approximately every seven days at 11:59 PM EST, and the following plan is to be followed: Payment #1 -- $1,700,000.00 -- Saturday, July 1, 2023 Payment #2 -- $1,700,000.00 -- Saturday, July 8, 2023 Payment #3 -- $1,700,000.00 -- Saturday, July 15, 2023 Payment #4 -- $1,700,000.00 -- Saturday, July 22, 2023 Payment #5 -- $1,700,000.00 -- Saturday, July 29, 2023 5. @PyroTechnix_ is free to make payments before a due date. For example, if @PyroTechnix_ has made a $1,700,000.00 payment on July 12, 2023 and would like to pay down another $1,700,000.00, @PyroTechnix_ may do so. In this event, @PyroTechnix_ will not have to make a payment for the next timeframe -- July 15, 2023. They will however be responsible for coming up for another $1,700,000.00 for July 29, 2023.
