General Purpose of Contract: i pay him 12k for resident and he pays me back 15k in 1 week (7 days)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: he has to give me all he owns and his money and then he lives with me
