General Purpose of Contract:
The general purpose of this contract is that any combination of us 4 (when playing in the lottery) must pay eachother our money spent on tickets back IF one of us 4 wins the lottery. The winner gets to keep all the profit but everyone else involved in this contract recieve the money they paid on tickets back and thus lost no money nor made any money from THAT lotto.
Example:
Bobbysix6, Smitedyou1, SmileZisGFX and I all purchase lotto tickets. We each purchase 10 tickets (we dont have to purchase the same amount). Other people purchase about 60 tickets. There is a total of 100 tickets (or 85,000 EcoDollars). Smitedyou1 wins and gives each of us the 10k we spent on that lottery but keeps the other 55,000 EcoDollars. SmileZisGFX, Bobbysix6, and I all have there 10,000 back and lost no money from the lotto.
Problems that may occur:
In some cases, there may be less money in the lottery than all of us combined spent (do to the lottery tax). In these cases, if one of us wins, we will split all the money won from that lotto evenly throughout the people involved in this contract.
Example:
Bobbysix6, Smitedyou1, SmileZisGFX and I all purcahse lotto tickets. We each purchase 10 tickets (we dont have to purchase the same amount). Nobody else buys any tickets at all. there is a total of 40 tickets (or 34,000 EcoDollars). Smitedyou1 wins but since there is not enough money for us to each recieve the money we spent on tickets, we take the amount won (34,000 EcoDollars) and divide it by the number of people who are involved with this contract who played in this lottery (4) and then whatever that number is (8,500 EcoDollars), the winner (Smitedyou1) would pay us each that amount.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to pay the money the other users spent on lottery tickets if I am to win

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
That they must pay the money spent on lottery tickets to the users involved with this contract if they win

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
