General Purpose of Contract:
Sale and Transfers of Heaven2, Heaven3, and Heaven4.
(Ownership contracts of Heaven3 and Heaven4)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

Will pay BillyL24 $500,000 within 24 hours of contract approval.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

BillyL24 consents to my use of a Transfer or Claim on any of the above towns which he (BillyL24) is the official owner of.

BillyL24 agrees that he will attempt to Transfer into his official ownership any of the above towns that he does not currently officially own, once Nicit6 asks this of him and pays him the application cost. Should this be applied for and the application denied, the cost must be refunded to Nicit6 within 7 days of denial of the application.

Please note:
Nicit6 is under no obligation to request Billy transfer any towns he (BillyL24) does not currently officially own, and therefore is under no obligation to pay for the cost of those at any point. Should Nicit6 decide to request that towns be transferred, the request AND the cash are the prerequisite before Billy's part becomes binding.

There is no contractually obligated payment method. Any payment can be made using any method (/pay, forum transfer, or trade signs).

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
