General Purpose of Contract:
I, @Zecrux will build a mansion for @Cothromoir

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @Zecrux will agree to build @Cothromoir the full mansion once the contract is approved. The mansion does must be built by May 20.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Cothromoir , must pay me, @Zecrux $130,000 ECD. @Cothromoir must pay @Zecrux the remaining $70,000 ECD by May 12th, as the first $60,000 ECD has already been paid.
Do you, @Cothromoir, agree to pay me, @Zecrux, $130,000 ECD in total for me to replicate a designated mansion build in my town.

I, @Zecrux, will be replicating a designated large mansion by May 20.

The $130,000 ECD components:

  • $100,000 ECD for build work
  • $10,000 ECD for large plot

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum.
