Terms of the Contract:

• I will transfer 85 000 EcoDollars to @CDogg1160 within 24 hours of this contract's approval.
  
• I will provide @CDogg1160 with the future town's coordinates and world.

• @CDogg1160 will file a Mayor application within 24 hours after receiving the money and the information about the town's properties. The town will be named Herbalist and placed at on Main North at X:934 Y: 64 Z:14487
  
• @CDogg1160 will add @Jonathug_ as a region owner of the new town within 24 hours of the Mayor application's approval.
  
• @CDogg1160 will lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @Jonathug_ will become the new owner.
  
• If the Mayor application is denied for any reason @Jonathug_ may decide whether a new application will be filed. If not, @CDogg1160 will be required to return the 85 000 EcoDollars to @Jonathug_ within 24 hours. Doing this will void the contract.
  
• @Jonathug_ may use this contract as proof for a future town transfer application.
