IGN: @SKSoccer Users Involved in this Contract: @Ayakben General Purpose of Contract: Payment plan of 1.5 million ECD for @SKSoccer melon sword, being sold to @Ayakben starting on the date of July 28, 2014. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Give the melons sword to the user @Ayakben Place a trade sign, that receives 75,000 ECD at /warp demeterparadise (my town, non-PvP). The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Ayakben will pay me a total of 1.5 million ECD, at a rate of 75,000 ECD every other day, starting on July 30, 2014. This will take a total of 20 payments, and a total of 40 days. If at any point during this time period, @Ayakben does not pay off the specified 75,000 ECD, I will give the user one extra day, but the other days do not receive an extension. If at the end of the next day, I will confiscate the melon sword from @Ayakben, and no money will be refunded. If and only if @Ayakben chooses to cancel the payment plan (@SKSoccer does not have this option), @SKSoccer receives the melon sword back, along with half of the money paid to date. This is not available if the user is late on payments or before the first 10 payments. If and only if @Ayakben looses/breaks the melon sword, there are two options, which @Ayakben may choose from. They may either pay the total 1.5 million ECD without extension, or may give @SKSoccer another melon sword, with no cash refund with money paid. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree

Just for clarification purposes, if he misses the payment and his 1 day extension, the contract is off, the sword is returned to you, and he does not get a refund. Am I correct?
