I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to pay @appleprocucling installments of 150k on the first week and then a continuous 250k per week for 5 weeks, totalling 1.4mil for a eff5 silk touch unbreaking3 Diamond sword, also known as a melon sword. The dates will be as followed: 3/8/15 - 150k 10/8/15 - 250k 17/8/15 - 250k 24/8/15 - 250k 31/8/15 - 250k 7/9/15 - 250k Payment signs located at x = - 7898 y = 69 z = -2353 World = Legacy The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @appleprocucling will agree to give me the eff5 unbreaking 3 st diamond sword within 12 hours of this being accepted, @appleprocucling will keep the /own of the sword however will have to give me full ownership of /own when I have paid all of the instalments. @appleprocucling If he quits or banned in any of this timeframe, within 3 months of him being offline, the sword will automatically be mine without the rest of the payments and he must own me if he is ever to return. This is just to ensure I haven't paid for nothing in this timeframe. @appleprocucling will also agree to set up payment signs for me to be paid into with instalments of 1k up to 250k per sign and one 150k sign. This is for my payments only, @appleprocucling is not allowed to remove any of the money out of the signs until I have told him, this is to ensure I have took the correct screenshots. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
