General Purpose of Contract: I am making this contract in order to ensure that we both get what we want, and no rules are broken in the process. I am loaning my melon sword to eben48 for 24 hours, for the fee of 30k.​

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will give eben48 my melon sword, and will wait 24 hours before getting it back. I will not give him a fake melon sword. I will receive only my melon sword, as well as an additional 30k ecodollars.​

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: When I receive mingee's melon sword (named "Melon Mangler", with the enchants unbreaking III, efficiency V, and silk touch I), I will only hold onto it for 24 hours, unless he is not online. I will not give this melon sword to anyone else, nor will I break/destroy his melon sword. I will not use his melon sword after 24 hours. After 24 hours of use, I will return his melon sword and pay him the agreed 30k. I will pay him no less than 30,000 ecodollars.​

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
