General Purpose of Contract:
The safe sale of a melon sword on a payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

1. I ( @dpatt888 ) will provide the user @BigB_Man with the melon sword named "mrs. nay nay" in exchange for a 50k downpayment.

2. @dpatt888 will accept 50,000 ecd as a downpayment before the melon sword is transferred.

3. @dpatt888 will collect the total 1,200,000 dcd (50k downpayment included) which @BigB_Man will deposit in a trade sign located in the town of divinity (/warp divinity) at any time of his leisure (the trade sign will allow payments of 50k at a time)

4. @dpatt888 will place another sign directly next to the trade sign saying how much money has been paid to the trade sign.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

1. @BigB_Man will give @dpatt888 50,000 ecd before the revival of the melon sword as a downpayment.

2. @BigB_Man will generate a total of 1,150,000 ecd and deposit ALL of said ecd into a trade sign located at /warp divinity by june 26th, 2014

3. @BigB_Man will take no longer than 9 days (this starts tuesday June 17th) to pay the 1,200,000 ecd into the trade sign at /warp divinity.

4. If @BigB_Man does not deposit all of the said funds into the trade sign by June 26th, 2014 at 12:00 pm central time then a 10k late fee shall be added to the initial amount of 1,200,000 for each day that the full amount has not been paid. If the user exceeds the payment date by more than 20 days, the possession of said melon sword is to be given to@dpatt888 at that time.

5. @BigB_Man will give @dpatt888 steady progress reports whenever @dpatt888 requests to know how the funds are coming along


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
