To Update the safety of a Melon sword Sharing Agreement


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete I such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

"I, MrJiggle123 , will share the melon sword "Melon Splitter" with DeMacca in exchange for 670 netherstars. I, MrJiggle123, as a matter of convenience for the other user, will also provide a plot for the user near the chest location in my town of Baxenden. When unused, the melon sword will be placed in a chest located in the Legacy world in the town of Baxenden, of which I, MrJiggle123, is owner. The coordinates are -6697, 76, -9972. If the location is to be changed, both users will agree to a safe location. Giving to Other Players:
There is to be no giving of the melon sword to other players, with the following exceptions:

Players approved by both parties to rent the melon sword
For all rentals, profit shared evenly
Moderators for ereps
A list of Trusted Players for Ereps, of which a sign will list what players at the chest location"

Stolen/Lost/Broken Melonsword
In the Case that The Melon Sword is either stolen lost broken or unable to be put back into our chest located at -6697, 76, -9972,The user who has done so Shall have 1 and 1/2 Months To pay Back 325k To the other User. There is No exception in no case that can get a User free from this payment.

Melon Sword Failure of replacement in chest when done.
In the case that one User fails To put the MelonSword Back in the chest When done the user shall face a 7.5k fine. If the User Still cannot Get the Melon Sword back in the chest after 1 and 1/2 Days a Complaint shall be filed

Sale of Sword:
In the event of a possible sale, I, MrJiggle123, would have ownership. However, DeMacca would be entitled to 275k.



The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
DeMacca must consult with me before renting out other players and provide the 670 netherstars.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes
