General Purpose of Contract:
Melon Sword sharing.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to the following terms in relation to the sharing of our melon sword, Lazuline:
-The sword will never be lent to a third party.
-The sword, when not in use, will be kept in a locked chest in iEvolive's town of Ithaca, in his office. This chest must always cmodified solely to iEvolive and Skylexia, and otherwise contain 18 melon blocks and 8 diamond blocks.
-The sword is not to be used in any town other than ones that any party involved in owns, including ones acquired from other players, where the applicant mayor of such towns recognize one of the parties as an owner or co-mayor of such a town, so that any issues that may arise from use in one of these towns may be dealt with by the parties involved.
-The Shady Mountain protectorate clause has been suspended at the present time, due to mutually agreed upon circumstances. It may be reinstated upon a further review at a later date, not yet decided upon. Until such a time, Shady Mountain protectorate towns are considered out of bounds, unless one or both parties have part or full ownership of such a town as stated above.
-Any disputes over the sword must be settled in a cuddle war, as per the original agreement.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
