IGN: Skylexia Users Involved in this Contract: @iEvolive General Purpose of Contract: Ownership transfer of the melon sword Lazuline, and nullification of a previous contract relating to the ownership of said melon sword. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, Skylexia, agree to pay @iEvolive 400k (evidence that I have done so) in return for sole ownership of our shared melon sword, Lazuline. In making this agreement, I agree that the previous contract involving this melon sword is null and void, and that neither party will ever be obligated to uphold their ends of that contract from the approval of this contract and onwards. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @iEvolive agrees that upon receiving the 400k (screenshot in previous clause), he will relinquish all ownership rights to the melon sword Lazuline. He also agrees that the previous contract regarding the melon sword is null and void, and that neither party will ever be obligated to uphold their ends of that contract from the approval of this contract and onwards. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
