General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of melon sword

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Upon receiving 210k from @jmichael214, I will give him one melon sword via a chest located at /warp colebex.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@jmichael214 is to pay 210k ecd as downpayment, as well as 20k per day, for 37 days. I will charge no late fees for payments however should one week of payments be missed a complaint will be filed and @jmichael214 will be expected to replace the melon sword. A trade sign has been placed at eastcaster for payments and is located at the following coordinates as chosen by @jmichael214.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
