General Purpose of Contract:
i am buying a melon sword where i need to pay 280k right now and the remaining 70k within 2-3 weeks. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

1)must pay the remaining 70k within 2-3 weeks
2) must rent out to a trusted player that Pixel_42 trusts whenever sword is not rented out to other users.
