General Purpose of Contract: To make a payment plan for a lost Eff 7 (Darn you Mojang)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to void the contract found here:

-Set up a sign at /warp farming that buys 1500 netherstars for 1500 dirt within 24 hours of this contracts approval
-Set up a 2nd sign that sells 1 dirt for 100k within 24 hours of this contracts approval
-If @David_Torento breaks/loses the Melon Sword (#I9ABOKAD) I agree to replace it within 48 hours, or make a new agreement with @DiamondDesire to replace it.
-Will give @DiamondDesire Priority for the melon sword, inorder for her to pay off her debt
*Meaning that if I am using the tool, and Diamond asks to use it, she gets it*
- I will not give the tool to anyone else or sell this tool.
- Will not remove anything out of the 100k sign or 1500 nstars sign until I have received a mail from @DiamondDesire that she has taken the screenshots and it can be removed.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:mad:DiamondDesire agrees to:

-Pay @David_Torento a total of 1500 netherstars, and 100k ECD within 2 months (from the approval of this contract)
-Pay @David_Torento the 100k (as stated above) within 1 week of the approval of this contract.
-Give @David_Torento access to the Melon Sword (#I9ABOKAD) for the duration of this contract or upon completion of the payment (Whichever is sooner)
- Set up a chest in /warp anime to keep the melon sword in

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes
