All users listed must sign.> General Purpose of Contract: safe renting of eff7 pick <general outline of what the contract is for.> I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: as soon as i @scgenesis recieve $125k ecd from @MrMeyerz52 i will add @MrMeyerz52 to a chest locked by me using /cmodify mrmeyerz52 that contains the eff7 pick /owned by @scgenesis with unique id of #IGGLF0LM. This chest is located at x: -12776 y: -63 z: 377. I @scgenesis will let @MrMeyerz52 use this pick for 1 week starting when thiscontract is approved <list here terms that you will uphold in this contract.> The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @MrMeyerz52 agrees to pay @scgenesis $125k ecd right after this contract is approved. @MrMeyerz52 agrees to give @scgenesis back the rented pick 1 week after contract is approved. @MrMeyerz52 agrees that if the pick is lost/stolen/broken/scammed etc that he will ow @scgenesis 1.8 million ecd in 6 weeks of thiscontract bekng approved with at least 100k a week in payments. @MrMeyerz52 agrees to always placed the pick back in the chest listed at the co ordinates shown above in this s contract when ever he is not using the pick actively. @MrMeyerz52 agrees to never go afk with the pick. @MrMeyerz52 agrees to never log out of the server when in the mining world with the pick. @MrMeyerz52 agrees to nkt let any other user touch/borrow/use the pick. <list here terms that the other parties will be agreeing to by signing this contract.> I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum.
