General Purpose of Contract:​

-Safe rental of a melon sword, named Scoobie's Melon Shiv for 1hr, paying 5k ​

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:​

-Rent a melon sword to @rhyschalmers for 1 hour​

-Provide an accessible chest for the melon sword to be returned to after the rental period has elapsed. Located in Shop26 in red street spawn shop at:​

-To tell @rhyschalmers when to pay for the rental​

-Say when payment for rental has been received ​

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:​

-Pay ScoobieBoy $5k​

-Understand that the rental period begins the moment that @ScoobieBoy acknowledges the payment​

-Understand that any amount paid to @ScoobieBoy before he says pay will not count as payment and will be unrecoverable​

-Return the melon sword as soon at the rental period has elapsed, to the donation chest locked by @ScoobieBoy located at:​

-If the sword is lost, stolen, broken, repay @ScoobieBoy with a new melon sword with eff5,enb3,st1 or 650k within twenty four hours. If this condition is not met I agree to pay @ScoobieBoy an addition 10k per day the debt is late.​

-Not sell or rerent the melon sword​

-Only get @ScoobieBoy to repair the melon sword​

-Return the melon sword with maximum durability​

-If returned late to pay 10k per every hour late​

-To not give the melon sword to any other players with the exception of staff to get an erepair​

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
