IGN: @Nicit6 Users Involved in this Contract: @bobbysix6 General Purpose of Contract: Sale of Melon Sword #ICW6W0T9 I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will give the msword to bobbysix6 immediately upon receiving the $300,000 down payment. Should bobbysix6 return the sword stating he cannot or does not wish to continue paying off the sword, I will sell the sword and with the money, keep an amount as needed to complete payments not made by bobbysix6, and return to bobbysix6 any money not used for that purpose within 24hours of the sale being made. This will take as long as a needed to find a buyer. If all payments are completed I will transfer ownership to bobbysix6 within 24 hours. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Pay Nicit6 $300,000 within 1 hour of contract approval. Pay Nicit6 $150,000 by each of the following dates: - July 7th, 2016 - July 14th, 2016 - July 21st, 2016 - July 28th, 2016 - August 4th, 2016 - August 11th, 2016 Return the sword to Nicit6 if bobbysix6 decides he is unwilling or unable to make payments. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
