General Purpose of Contract:
@MinecraftParkerH will pay $750,000 upfront and $300,000 (as two weekly payments) for a Melon Sword (ID#IXQVHH83) /own 'ed by @LJKAzrael. @MinecraftParkerH will pay late fees of $5,000 per day up to 2 weeks. @LJKAzrael may, at his discretion, repossess the Melon Sword (ID#IXQVHH83) if a payment or fee is late by 2 weeks or more. If the Melon Sword (ID#IXQVHH83) is repossessed, @MinecraftParkerH agrees that no refund will be given for any payments or fees up to the point of repossession and that all payments and fees owed prior to repossession must still be paid. Signs for payments and fees are located at /warp metropolis in Legacy.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @LJKAzrael, will give @MinecraftParkerH my Melon Sword (ID#IXQVHH83) within 24 hours of receiving the payment of $750,000. I, @LJKAzrael, will transfer the /own 'ership of the Melon Sword (ID#IXQVHH83) to @MinecraftParkerH within 48 hours of receiving the final payment and any applicable fees incurred.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@MinecraftParkerH will pay @LJKAzrael $750,000 within 24 hours of this contract's approval or by 11:59 pm est March 20, 2017, whichever is later. @MinecraftParkerH will pay @LJKAzrael $150,000 a week for 2 weeks (due by March 27, 2017 and April 3, 2017). @MinecraftParkerH will pay @LJKAzrael $5000 in fees per day late up to 2 weeks of late fees. If @MinecraftParkerH is late on a payment or fee by 2 weeks or more, he will return the Melon Sword (ID#IXQVHH83) upon request from @LJKAzrael.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
