Under I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @ASG_FTW , Agree - Please specify when the payment of 121.5k will be made and when the feature will be purchased. - Finally, please include the time frame in which a breach of contract will occur should the payment or the feature not be received. @Mylinn will have to re-read and agree with the terms again once the changes have been made.
ASG_fTW How about 1/2 ECD up front - then I buy donationn and other half ECD afterwards? And time wise - less than a day - if I see staff approve and get ecd can buy it immediately..... ? And thanks Koonan! My first contract and I love that the server has this feature. I can get my town sooner with some safety

Thank you for making these modifications. @ASG_FTW Could you tag every username mentioned in the contract by adding @ in front of each IGN and removing the extra @ from the tags that are not working at the moment?
