IGN: @DeltaXCrafter Users Involved in this Contract: Players @imSwag__ and @DeltaXCrafter General Purpose of Contract: The reason of this contract is that, once @DeltaXCrafter reaches Mayor he will add @imSwag__ as Co-Owner of his town, and Player @DeltaXCrafter may not remove player @imSwag__ from ownership of the town and the player @imSwag__ may not remove @DeltaXCrafter under any circumstances. @DeltaXCrafter and @imSwag__ will equally own the town and @DeltaXCrafter and @imSwag__ can not say otherwise. In this contract @imSwag__ will give @DeltaXCrafter $50,000 within 24 hours of the contract being approved to add up to @DeltaXCrafter 's $35,000 which he already has, to help him become Mayor. @DeltaXCrafter has to set up the app within 24 hrs of this contract being approved and place the 200x200 town next to @imSwag__ 's town NewBury and then add the player @imSwag__ as Co-Owner of the town within 24 hours of becoming Mayor and creating the town. @DeltaXCrafter also has to name the town "NewFarms". Player @imSwag__ also has full rights to place the town where ever he wants it to go. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Yes, I, @DeltaXCrafter, agree to place my 200x200 town where ever @imSwag__ wants me to place it, and to afterwards add this player as Co-Owner and to never remove him as Co-Owner of this town. I also agree to naming it "NewFarms" and to agree that both of us own the town equally. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Player @imSwag__ must agree to never remove player @DeltaXCrafter from NewFarms as Owner/Mayor of the town. Player @imSwag__ also must agree that both him and @DeltaXCrafter equally own the town and may not argue otherwise or else that will be considered breaking the terms and agreement. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. Hey Delta, in order for us to approve this contract, a few tweaks must be made before that. First of all you need to ensure that all names are tagged, I know it might be an issue but try editing again and see if you can get all names to be tagged. Secondly, you'll need to include the amount of money ImSwag will be paying since we cannot approve it if it's not specified.

Sorry for the inconvenience but there are still a few tweaks to be made before we can proceed @DeltaXCrafter , Firstly we will need a timeframe for how long @imSwag__ is going to have to pay the 50k, example may be (Within a day of contract approval, within a week of contract approval etc). Furthermore we also need a timeframe of when you will file the application for the town, for example (Within 24 hours of receiving the 50k payment). Final timeframe needed is when you will be adding @imSwag__ to the town, an example would be (Within 24 hours of receiving the town). Note that you may tweak the time frame examples to fit it so that ImSwag can pay when you have the 35k in your balance already so that it would total to 85k and you can apply for mayor then (unless you already have the 35k now, then there's no real need for that) Another thing that needs to be changed is when you mention the word 'player' without following up with usernames. We need you to be as specific as possible so I'll be pasting the parts where you mention that and suggesting fixes for you. "Neither players may remove the other as Co-owner" I suggest fixing it to "Player @DeltaXCrafter may not remove player @imSwag__ from ownership of the town and the player @imSwag__ may not remove @DeltaXCrafter under any circumstances" as this specifies the users, once again, this is only an example of a way you can write it. Following up, "Each player will equally own the town" You can just remove Each player and put in @DeltaXCrafter and @imSwag__ . The same goes to the "neither player" part in the next part of the same sentence.
