after reviewing the contract, I've noticed certain things that should be added and other that are in the wrong field. For example, In the 3rd field

you are supposed to list the terms that you have to uphold. To avoid any further mistakes, I have rewritten the contract for you. You are not forced to use this contract that I've written, but it should help. I will list changes below.

General Purpose of Contract:

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
>>I am buying @Ocarina_96 the features multihome and teleport upon the contract being approved.

>>I am taking some of @Ocarina_96 ' items as insurance in case the money isn't paid off. If the money is paid off, I have to return the items in the chest by August 3rd. If the money isn't paid off, I get to keep all the items in said chest.

>>I am not allowed to take any of the items in the chest until August 3rd. They will be taken care of on August 3rd depending on the current status of the payment.

>>In case the money has not been paid by August 3rd, I keep the items in the insurance chest. @Ocarina_96 will still owe me 220500 ECD. If the 220500 ECD aren't paid by August 8th, it will be determined as a breach of contract by @Ocarina_96.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
