IGN: idkhowtoplay Users Involved in this Contract: @wenxuan100 General Purpose of Contract: Payment plan for the purchase of a diamond pickaxe with the following enchantments: Fortune 3, Unbreakable 3, and Efficiency 5. The total cost of this pickaxe is 20,000 ECD. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will give wenxuan100 the aforementioned pickaxe in return for 20,000 ECD, which must be paid within seven days. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: 1) Pay an initial fee of 6,800 ECD 2) After one week the remaining 13,200 ECD must be paid for. (It must be paid by 23:59 EST of the day when the pickaxe is given to wenxuan100.) 3) If there should be any complications with giving the money within a weeks time, then there must be prior notice. Do not ask for an extension the day the final payment is due. 4) If wenxuan100 cannot pay the 13,200 ECD by the deadline then a charge of 1,000 ECD will be charged each late day. After the 10th late day the pickaxe will have to be returned to idkhowtoplay and a 10,000 ECD late fee paid in addition, thus ending the contract. 5) If there is a late fee of 10,000 deemed necessary it will have to be paid within 3 days after the contract ends. Further action will be needed if it cannot be resolved after this time. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
