[Contract] Piville skyscraper subleasing

General Purpose of Contract:
Subleasing permission for one/multiple skyscrapers in the Legacy town of PivilleBerlin

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
>> I, @314, will add @FiFyFoFumOtter as co-owner of PivilleBerlin.
>> Furthermore, I, @314, will give @FiFyFoFumOtter permission to sublease Skyscraper 17 (Location 17 seen in the image at www.tinyurl.com/Piville) and possibly a few other skyscrapers, too. Those will be defined in a later forum conversation.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
>> @FiFyFoFumOtter will sublease those floors to other players at the cost of 800$ per week.
> @FiFyFoFumOtter has to pay a weekly rent of 175$ per floor leading to a total of 1400$ per week for a 8-floor-skyscraper (Skyscraper 17), meaning 625$ per floor remain as profit.
> @FiFyFoFumOtter will share 25% of the 625$ profit per floor with me, @314. With this, the total cost per floor is 175+((800-175)/4) = 331.25$ per week and floor.
> @FiFyFoFumOtter will pay those 331.25$ per floor in signs located in a secure room under Skyscraper 17, only accessible via LWC'd lift signs.
>> @FiFyFoFumOtter is allowed to use his co-owner permissions to add residents to the different floors in Skyscraper 17.
> @FiFyFoFumOtter has to send notice to me, @314, via forum conversation who he added as residents to which floor of his Skyscraper 17.
>> @FiFyFoFumOtter is not allowed to add players that do not rent a floor in his assigned skyscraper(s).
>> @FiFyFoFumOtter is not allowed to add other people as co-owner, nor remove any owner or co-owner from the town.

>> An expiry of the skyscraper rental will allow @FiFyFoFumOtter a timeframe of 7 days to renew the rent in the basement of Skyscraper 17 or to inform me, @314, that he does not want to continue renting this skyscraper. In case he does not have any other skyscrapers curently rented for subleasing, he may be removed as co-owner.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
