General Purpose of Contract:
Safe Co-Mayor terms and conditions.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
>> I, @314, will add @MCHelix3000 as co-owner of PivilleBerlin.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
>> @MCHelix3000 is to monitor the official Piville thread and accept users who sign up for a floor/market area and collect the rental fee for said purchase.
>> @MCHelix3000 will collect weekly rental money from the assigned skyscrapers at least once a week. The money is to be stored in different signs (depending on the weekly rent) in the room at the following coords- x: 9541 y:57 z: -8051 (Legacy)
>> @MCHelix3000 will keep 30% of the rental money he collects. The signs are tailored to only have @MCHelix3000 pay %70.
>> @MCHelix3000 should write a post in a predefined Forum PM stating whose fees he, @MCHelix3000, collected so I, @314, can update my expiry schedule and the list in the official thread at www.tinyurl.com/Piville.
>> @MCHelix3000 is to collect materials to help build more skyscrapers in the same style as the current ones at the market positions at the image of PivilleBerlin (www.tinyurl.com/Piville)
>> @MCHelix3000 is to help expand the Piville Underground with its market areas.
>> @MCHelix3000 is to advertise the town regulary via trade chat.
>> @MCHelix3000 is to check the town for grief regulary and report it if necessary (No exterior redesign grief [which is illegal according to the town rules], as I, @314, will do this myself and eventually allow those changes.)
>> @MCHelix3000 is not allowed to add other co-owners or members without assigning them a floor and having them pay. In special cases (i.e multiple people wanting to rent one floor together) he should contact me, @314, either via /mail, in-game PM or Forum PM first.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
