(5 weeks/payments) When paid in full @xPriamx will transfer the /own of the item to @Ancastal If @Ancastal doesn't pay a payment on time (by Sunday 1159pm) @Ancastal will pay 250,000ecd late fee due by the next payment. If the Magic Pickaxe is broken or lost, @Ancastal is required to complete all remaining payments to @xPriamx. if @Ancastal misses 2 payments in a row @xPriamx can contact an SA and re-claim the Magic Pickaxe (#KFWUVLYJ). But @xPriamx understands he cannot re-claim the tool under any other circumstance (other than default) if @xPriamx successfully reclaims the tool, @Ancastal is not eligible to receive any refund of previous payments, and @xPriamx will not file a complaint against @Ancastal I agree to the terms listed above: I agree.
Some issues that need to be addressed before it can be approved, First off, @xPriamx needs to create a separate contract voiding the agreement they had earlier with @SixMacs. Second, there needs to be a lost item clause in this contract stating what would happen if @Ancastal were to lose the item before the payments were completed. Third, remove the first line which states that the agreement between @xPriamx and @SixMacs is voided. All of these edits can be made on this contract, there is no need for a new one. Priam needs to file a separate contract voiding the agreement with SixMacs before anything goes on. Thank you!
