Terms of the Contract:

@xPriamx will give Magic Pickaxe(#KFWUVLYJ) to @Ancastal and @Ancastal agrees to pay 14,000,000 ECD to xPriamx, within 24 hours of this contract being approved

@Ancastal will also pay 3,000,000ECD to @xPriamx every week (every sunday by 11:59pm), with the first payment on Sunday, October 25th 2020 by 11:59pm EST.

@Ancastal will pay in full 15,000,000 ecd to @xPriamx by Sunday, November 22nd 2020. (5 weeks/payments)

When paid in full @xPriamx will transfer the /own of the item to @Ancastal

If @Ancastal doesn't pay a payment on time (by Sunday 1159pm) @Ancastal will pay 250,000ecd late fee due by the next payment.

If the Magic Pickaxe is broken or lost, @Ancastal is required to complete all remaining payments to @xPriamx.

if @Ancastal misses 2 payments in a row @xPriamx can contact an SA and re-claim the Magic Pickaxe (#KFWUVLYJ). But @xPriamx understands he cannot re-claim the tool under any other circumstance (other than default)

if @xPriamx successfully reclaims the tool, @Ancastal is not eligible to receive any refund of previous payments, and @xPriamx will not file a complaint against @Ancastal
