[Contract] Purchase of melon sword

General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure the safe sale of a melonsword sale over 9 weeks

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @GeorgiaMC will pay @Imabankthing 150,000 per week for 8 weeks, then 100k on the 9th week, starting on the 25th December until the 19th of February 2017 until a total of 1,300,000 ecd has been payed.
Payments will be due on the following dates:
25th December -150k
1st January -150k
8th January -150k
15th January -150k
22nd January -150k
29th January -150k
5th February -150k
12th February -150k
19th February -100k

The payment signs are located at 11766 109 -1760 in Rising world:


I will not rent, sell or transfer the melon sword to anyone else until the full 1.3mil has been paid off.

If I break the melon sword, I am to continue the payment plan until the full amount has been paid off.

I agree that if any agreements above have been broken, I will have to return the melon sword with item id #IWV3SB3D back to @Imabankthing without any refunds.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

@Imabankthing will place the melon sword with item ID #IWV3SB3D in a chest located at 11766 109 -1760 in Rising world and add @GeorgiaMC to the chest.

@Imabankthing will remain as the owner of the melonsword with item id #IWV3SB3D until the entire payment plan has been paid off.

@Imabankthing will transfer the ownership of the melon sword with item id #IWV3SB3D to @GeorgiaMC within 48 hours of the payment plan being fully completed.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
