[Contract] Purchase of Melon Sword

General Purpose of Contract:
Purchase of Melon Sword by @Darth_Hydraxis from @FwgKing

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @Darth_Hydraxis am responsible for the payment total of 2.2million ecodollars to @FwgKing. Initial upfront payment of 1.2million ecodollars will be paid to @FwgKing by myself @Darth_Hydraxis by midnight 12am EST on Saturday August the 17th of 2019. I @Darth_Hydraxis will then be responsible for paying @FwgKing 200k ecodollars per week on the days of;
August 24th 2019 - 200k by 12am EST midnight
August 31st 2019 - 200k by 12am EST midnight
September 7th 2019 - 200k by 12am EST midnight
September 14th 2019 - 200k by 12am est midnight
final payment September 21st 2019 - 200k by 12am est midnight
for a total of 5 weeks totalling the remaining 1million ecodollars, total payment being due by 21st of September 2019 at 12am midnight EST. Failure of payments will forfit all money from @Darth_Hydraxis to @FwgKing and the melonsword will remain in the sole possession of @FwgKing

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@FwgKing will provide, upon receiving the initial 1.2million ecodollars, a melonsword to @Darth_Hydraxis, which is currently owned by @FwgKing with the ID of JZA3IGF5 shown here . @FwgKing will allow @Darth_Hydraxis 5 weeks to make 1million ecodollars, paying 200k ecd per week to @FwgKing. @FwgKing on the 21st of September by 12am EST midnight, if all payments have been successful, will /own @Darth_Hydraxis to the melonsword thus removing @FwgKing ownership of the melonsword, making @Darth_Hydraxis full and sole owner of the melonsword, should @FwgKing fail to give full ownership of the melonsword to @Darth_Hydraxis by the 22nd of September 2019 by 12am midnight EST, all previous payments will be fully refunded to @Darth_Hydraxis in the full amount of 2.2million ECD.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
