IGN: @DrowningInPizza Users Involved in this Contract: @Quackk General Purpose of Contract: To facilitate the claim of a "yet to be named town" through the use of @Quackk 's Tycoon Claim, and then to transfer the ownership of the town from the permanent technical 'ownership' of the user @Quackk to the permanent technical 'ownership' of @DrowningInPizza . I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @DrowningInPizza, will do as I see fit with the town. This includes adding users as technical 'owners' and technical 'members', selling or transferring the town, or doing whatever I so decide with it. I, @DrowningInPizza, will forum pm @Quackk the information for Tycoon Claim Application - "Town Claim #1" within 24 hours after contract approval. I, @DrowningInPizza will pay @Quackk $150k within 24 hours of the town claim being processed. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: The following terms apply to @Quackk : I, @Quackk , agree to add the user @DrowningInPizza as technical owner and remove myself as owner to the "yet to be named town" within 24 hours of the acceptance of my Tycoon Claim Application - "Town Claim #1". Upon adding him to the town, he shall now be the technical 'owner', and may do as he sees fit with the town, including transfer it to his original ownership or claim it. I, @Quackk agree that this contract shall be considered null and void with no compensation due in the event the "yet to be named town" cannot be claimed thru the ECC Server Claim System, including the 3 day notification rule in effect. I, @Quackk confirm that my Tycoon Claim is currently available. I, @Quackk agree I shall not place or remove any blocks or LWCS, except that if I have any LWCS in this town, I will assist in removing them in a timely manner (within 3 days). This contract thereby gives the new owner (@DrowningInPizza) the right to remove them if they are in the town. I, @Quackk agree to sign a new contract that may act as a proper contract for the claiming of a town through the server's town-claim process or server town-transfer for tycoons+ to be filed by @DrowningInPizza within 24 hours of the claim being approved. I, @Quackk will file for a town claim using the information provided in @DrowningInPizza 's forum PM within 24 hours of the forum message being sent. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. @DrowningInPizza : Before this contract can be approved, there are a couple things that need to be changed: Please list the name of the town in question as well as linking the town's application. Also, anywhere in the contract where you say "the town" or otherwise reference the town being claimed, please list the town's name. Please remove this line, since it is not valid for a contract. Contracts are not looked at when town claims are processed, and once a claim has been processed it is irreversible. Please edit this line to read something along the lines of " @Quackk will post a town claim app within 24 hours of receiving the information for the town claim from @DrowningInPizza ..." The reasoning for this is that there is a possibility that @Quackk might not have time to post the town claim app, for example if @DrowningInPizza were to send the information 23.5 hours after the contract was approved, that would only leave 30 minutes for the application to be posted. This line is not very clear either, what do you mean by " @Quackk will uphold giving up the town"? Are you trying to say that @DrowningInPizza will become the official owner of the town, and that @Quackk will lose privileges to the town? Either way, this line is not very clear, so please try to clarify exactly what this is supposed to mean. Once these changes are made, we can continue towards getting this contract approved.

@DrowningInPizza for this line, do you mean that you will send the town information via forum PM to @Quackk within 24 hours of this contract's approval? Or does it mean something else? This line just needs to be more clear with what it means. Also, the part of this line that says "...for her to verify correctness and file within 24 hours after contract approval," since this is referring to an action that @Quackk will be performing, it needs to go into the "the other user involved" section of the contract, and it should read "...and file within 24 hours after @DrowningInPizza sends the information," since that would mean if @DrowningInPizza sent the information 23 hours after the contract's approval, @Quackk would have less than an hour to create and submit the application.

2 things about this line: 1. Please provide a timeframe for when @Quackk will add @DrowningInPizza as owner and remove himself as owner to the town, simply saying "upon the acceptance of my Tycoon Claim Application" is not a timeframe. For example you could say "...remove myself as owner to the 'yet to be named town' within 24 hours of the approval of @Quackk 's Town Claim Application." 2. There is nothing in the contract that states exactly when @Quackk will file the town claim application. Please provide some sort of timeframe for the town claim application to be created from the time @DrowningInPizza sends the information for the town claim, something along the lines of " @Quackk will file for a town claim using the information provided in @DrowningInPizza 's forum PM within 24 hours of the forum message being sent."
