@xCyrusG Would you please fix the tagging of yourself in the first section of the contract. Also if you would please state time constraints as to when the purchase/sale will take place (i.e. within how long from contract approval) for each transaction. After those edits @wutschagahama must re-agree to the terms. Thank you.

I apologize but one more quick change, if you would please. Where you refer to yourself and the other party in the contract, if you could instead of using pronouns, use 3rd person naming with tags. (instead of 'me' or 'other user' etc, use @name)
