General Purpose of Contract:
To renegotiate the terms of the following agreement

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@Ladyvamptress agrees to the following terms:

• Will lower the previous amount owed from $1,300,000 ecd (+ $150,000 ecd compensation fee) down to $650,000 ecd (+ $150,000 ecd compensation fee).
  
• Will place a payment sign at the following coords 43 65 99 in Rising (behind rental shop at /warp r11), containing 8 Sticks worth $100,000 ecd each... totaling $800,000 ecd.
  
• Has the right to file a complaint if 2 or more payment deadlines have been missed.
  
• Will not pull the payments out of the payment sign until either the full $800,000 ecd has been paid or a complaint has been filed.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Ravenwow agrees to the following terms:

• Will pay @Ladyvamptress $800,000 ecd over the course of 8 weeks or sooner.
  
• Will follow the payment schedule laid out below and understands that more can be paid to the sign than the amount listed; However, this does not excuse them from the following week's payment, if the full $800,000 ecd has not been paid at that time.
  
• Understands a complaint will be filed if 2 or more payment deadlines are missed.
  
• Understands that anything paid to the sign is not refundable.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

Odd they are showing for me. @Kirito32 says they show for him. I’ve not edited the post or anything so I’m not sure what’s going on. Do I still need to provide links? Where should I post them cause if I edit the main post it will require the person to reagree when there technically hasn’t been a change...
