[contract regarding original ownership of Hillcrest]

General Purpose of Contract:
To agree that that the town, Hillcrest (which @Ian__D sold to me in this contract)
http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/ownership-of-hillcrest.125500/ @Ian__D is to agree that I have permission, and only I, can claim Hillcrest as an Original Owner, when I rank up to tycoon. In return, I promise to give @Ian__D 10% off any house that is for sale in Hillcrest, whenever @Ian__D desires, but after they are all made, I can not specify a completion date, but I estimate in a week to three weeks from the bound contract date.


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I promise to supply @Ian__D 10% off a home in Hillcrest, once the contract has been approved, whenever @Ian__D desires, after the houses have been made, I estimate 1 to 3 three weeks, but @Ian__D can arrange a good time with me.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Ian__D must agree to give @cartoonr, permission to claim the town, and @cartoonr alone, when he is ranked Tycoon and become Original Owner, a title @Ian__D currently is.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
