[Contract] Safe purchase of Mayor town for rank up money.

General Purpose of Contract:

Purchasing a rank upgrade for @Blue_Werewolf in exchange for their Mayor town.

I (the contract initiator) @MorlindMom agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I will transfer 85 000 EcoDollars to @Blue_Werewolf within 24 hours of this contract's approval.
  
• I will provide a 10x11 plot in Riva (XYZ 12764 64 -9581) to @Blue_Werewolf within 24 hours of this contract's approval.
• I will provide @Blue_Werewolf with the future town's coordinates and world (see below).

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @Blue_Werewolf will file a Mayor application within 24 hours after receiving the money and the information about the town's properties. The town will be named SprucePoint and placed at this location in Rising.

• @Blue_Werewolf will add @MorlindMom as a region owner of the new town within 24 hours of the Mayor application's approval.
  
• @Blue_Werewolf will permanently lose owner status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @MorlindMom will become the new legal owner.
  
• If the Mayor application is denied for any reason @MorlindMom may decide whether a new application will be filed within 48 hours. If not, @Blue_Werewolf will be required to return the 85 000 EcoDollars to @MorlindMom within 24 hours. Doing this will void the contract.
  
• This contract can be used as proof for an official town transfer application or town claim application of the town town_name, which may be filed by @MorlindMom at a later time.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

Okay, I'll post that in a few minutes when I decide. I was just going by one exactly like this that was approved without a town name.

I have updated the contract with the town name and 4 posts. (I have already place the 4 town posts.)

 

I will include a timeframe. However, first, I used the template and that wasn't included in the verbage. Second, I also followed a contract approved just two weeks ago, and the town name wasn't required on that one...yet it was approved. I do not understand why I am having so many issues after following both the template AND a recently approved application.
