    safe sale of a melon sword on a payment plan

    I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

    i @matrix_rep will give @MinecraftParkerH a melon sword within 1 day of this contract approval

    The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

    @MinecraftParkerH will pay @matrix_rep 150k within 1 day of this contract approval
    @HelenDKN and @MinecraftParkerH will be working together to pay me 1 million in 1 week (their choice not mine). They will pay a total of 1 million 10 payments of 100k to a sign located in /warp debt by the first of july 2015.

    @HelenDKN and @MinecraftParkerH agree as a team that if they are late i willl be charging 50k per day late after this 1 week is up for up to 2 weeks after the original 1 week is up. After this i would be filing a complaint.

    I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

    Hello, guys. While players are free to agree to contract terms within reason, these are very strenuous terms. This includes payments of more than $100,000 per day, as well as late fees that could add up to $700,000 in a two-week period.

    I don't know if this contract can be approved at all, but if it can, it will require someone red.

    Our policy only permits forum contracts to have set payment plans of 100-150k/week per player with /some/ flexibility, the late fees schedule is also too steep. I'm gonna cap it at 15k max a day for the 2 weeks. @HelenDKN and @MinecraftParkerH are full welcome to pay off the debt early, but to protect you, the seller, and they the buyers we will only allow this contract to go through on what we consider a safe payment plan. You will need to re-adjust the payment plan to be more to our policy. Remember that the payment plan is what is absolutely due by certain dates. Paying players are always allowed to pay early.
    There are many factors that could come into play and prevent either of them from keeping to the schedule. Which will...really affect both of you negatively.
