[Contract] Safe Sale of an Eff7 pickaxe

Sale of an Eff7 pickaxe with the unique item ID of #IOW4TILK

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I agree to provide @Fescht with an Eff7 pickaxe with the unique ID of #IOW4TILK within 24 hours of receiving a downpayment of 100k which will be paid to the payment sign created by @MadMonster_ in /warp madcity after this contract is accepted. @TheZombieMuffin will give ownership of the pickaxe with the unique item ID of #IOW4TILK to @Fescht after full payment of 1.4M is received. @TheZombieMuffin will not take anything from the sign till the full 1.4M is in the sign unless it is desperately needed. @TheZombieMuffin will consult with @MadMonster_ if any money is needed from the sign.

@Fescht will pay 100k upfront and @Fescht must pay me 150k per week for 8 weeks and then 100k the 9th week totaling 1.4M to the same sign created by @MadMonster_ located in /warp madcity. If @Fescht is more than 1 week late on a weekly payment, @Fescht will have to return the Eff7 pickaxe with the unique item ID of #IOW4TILK without a refund within 24 hours of request.

@MadMonster_ will create a sign in /warp madcity with increments of 50k within 24 hours of the contract being accepted, and that's where @Fescht will pay. @MadMonster_ will pay the money to @TheZombieMuffin within 24 hours of the full 1.4M being paid.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

I agree
