[Contract] Sale of 3 towns

General Purpose of Contract:
Selling the 3 towns in legacy named: Uno, Pumpkinville, Forrestville

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to add @AlkanGains to the 3 towns named Uno, Pumpkinville and Forrestville upon approval of this contract. I also agree to leave the region as an owner once full payment has been received, including applicable late fees.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@AlkanGains must:
- Pay a total of @obblebobble $200,000 ECD by the 15th of January 2015.
- Not remove @obblebobble from the town until they have been fully paid off, including late fees if applicable
- Return the town to @obblebobble without refund in the situation that payments are 2 weeks over due or more.
- Pay portions of the above required $200,000 on a week by week basis, these are as follows:
12th December - $30,000
19th December - $30,000
26th December - $30,000
2nd January - $30,000
9th January - $30,000
15th January - $50,000
- pay late fees of $15,000 ECD per week. This applies if the due payment is not received before 11:59PM EST on the due date. Example, if $30,000 is paid on the 13th of December 12:05 AM EST, this would incur a $15,000 ECD late fee for that week.
- Pay the above mentioned payments to the signs located in Forrestville at X: -9077, 63, -96.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
