IGN: @OlympiansAreGods Users Involved in this Contract: @OlympiansAreGods ("Olympians") @PandaN0N0 ("Panda") Terms of the Contract: This contract is for the sale of Olympians Level 3 Magic Rod ("Magic Rod") (ID: #M7S4LWGA) to Panda in exchange for 6,000,000 million ECD in total. OlympiansAreGods agrees to: - place the Magic Rod in a chest located at /warp pan (/tppos 10215,73,5525) and add Panda to the chest for access. - place a chestshop also at /warp pan to allow Panda to make payments as outlined below. - Upon full & final payment of the total balance, transfer full ownership of the Magic Rod to Panda using the relevant /own command within 2 days of the final payment being made by Panda. PandaN0N0 agrees to: - make payments using the Chestshop towards the purchase of the Magic Rod in the following way: 1. $1,000,000 ECD due by 16th April 2025 2. $1,000,000 ECD due by 23rd April 2025 3. $1,000,000 ECD due by 30th April 2025 4. $1,000,000 ECD due by 7th May 2025 5. $1,000,000 ECD due by 14th May 2025 6. $1,000,000 ECD due by 21st May 2025 (For clarity, this will add up to 6 million ECD) Other Key Contractual Terms: - should the Magic Rod be lost, broken or other disposed of which prevents Panda from using the Magic Rod, Panda agrees to honour this contract and pay the full balance of the Magic Rod until all payments have been made (as outlined above). - in the event of any late/non-payments ("missed payments") of the payments outlined above, a grace period of 7 days will be provided where no late fee will be charged. Should a missed payment reach the 8th day and beyond, Olympians does reserve the right to file a complaint which will be dealt with as staff members see fit. If the above event is triggered, all other payments in this contract will still be due on the original dates provided. - Panda and Olympians reserve the right to come to a future agreement to void this contract, the terms of which, will be outlined in a future agreement. - For the avoidance of doubt, once this contract is agreed and the rod is placed in the chest as outlined above, Panda will have sole access to the Magic Rod and Olympians will lose access entirely unless the rod is returned as stipulated in a future agreement.
