General Purpose of Contract:
To sell @Dare2Dream my Efficiency 7 Pickaxe II25DIMI /own 'd by me

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
-I will give @Dare2Dream the Efficiency 7 Pickaxe II25DIMI within 24 hours of this contract being approved.
- I will make a trade sign for @Dare2Dream to deposit the remaining balance of 785,000 ECD into with
6 130k payments for @Dare2Dream to make at least 1 payment a week. At least 1 payment must be made on or before these dates:
Monday December 28th at 9:00pm est
Monday January 4th at 9:00pm est
Monday January 11th at 9:00pm est
Monday January 18th at 9:00pm est
Monday January 25th at 9:00pm est
Monday February 1st at 9:00pm est

- The Sign will be located at X: 3312 Y:63 Z:9582 in the town of WillowCreek. This town is in Rising. with 1 iron ore for $130,000. This is to symbolize each $130,000 ecd payments that needs to be made on or before the dates stated above.

-I will /own the tool to @Dare2Dream within 24 hours of the final payment being made on Monday February 1st at 9:00pm est.

-If the tool is lost, broken, traded, exchanged in any way shape or form, @Dare2Dream is still responsible for paying the remaining 785,000 ecd left on this payment plan.

- There will be a 7k a day late fee for any payment not made by the dates stated above. Late fees will compile until it reaches 150,000.

- A complaint will be filed if @Dare2Dream misses a payment by 3 or more days, unless there is an agreement from both myself and @Dare2Dream that an extension will be granted to @Dare2Dream.

-Any extension made, the late fees will still be applied.

- There will be a Sign located at X: 3311 Y:63 Z:9581 in the town of WillowCreek. This town is in Rising that has 22 Spruce Saplings at 7,000 per which indicates the most applicable late fees that can be compiled.






The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
- @Dare2Dream will make weekly payments of $130,000 ECD on or before the following dates:
Monday December 28th at 9:00pm est
Monday January 4th at 9:00pm est
Monday January 11th at 9:00pm est
Monday January 18th at 9:00pm est
Monday January 25th at 9:00pm est
Monday February 1st at 9:00pm est

- @Dare2Dream will pay 7,000 in late fees per day for every day that she has not made a payment on the dates stated above. Late fees will be paid at X: 3311 Y:63 Z:9581 in the town of WillowCreek. This town is in Rising that has 22 Spruce Saplings at 7,000 per which indicates the most applicable late fees that can be compiled.

- @Dare2Dream will pay @Trey_B 115,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract being approved.

- @Dare2Dream will not trade, sell, or exchange the pick in any way shape or form until the 785,000 ECD has been paid.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
