@Loowaa agrees to trade via Skyblock to @ClarinetPhoenix a total of 9 Iron Golem Spawners, 1 Villager Spawner, 1 Squid Spawner, and 9 Elder Guardian Spawners as well as his Monthly Spawner Kits for the remainder of Season 6 (25 per month for 2 months) totaling 50 keys.
@ClarinetPhoenix agrees to transfer legal ownership of the town Diamond(https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/new-owner-nicit6-diamond.178222/) to @Loowaa including adding @Loowaa to the owners list and removing herself.

@Nicit6 agrees that @ClarinetPhoenix is legal owner of Diamond and has the right to sell the town.
@Nicit6 agrees that this contract may be used for an official town transfer to @Loowaa
