I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @bmanvman will transfer ownership of the tool #J8D4WICH to @Jose0213 immediately after this contract is accepted. @bmanvman will set up a sign of 1.3 million ecd at coords: -5930 69 -7650 in rising. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Jose0213 will owe @bmanvman a total of 1.3 million by 12pm est Friday October 13th 2017. If @Jose0213 fails to pay @bmanvman by the given time @Jose0213 must transfer ownership of the eff7 back immediately to @bmanvman and @bmanvman will give back all money paid and the contract will become void. Failure to transfer ownership back if not paid will result in a breach of contract. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
