In the event that @haydensch can not payoff the total 300k, he will forfeit full ownership for all three towns (Hayland, Hayville, Ice_Land) to @David_Torento and any money towards the feature will not be refunded. This will be accepted as one payment for the donation feature (fly). In the event that this occurs, he will recieve an additional 3 months to pay off the remainder of the debt (3/23/16 would become the new due date) I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @David_Torento 'to@David_Torento and any money towards the feature will not be refunded. This will be accepted as one payment for the donation feature (fly). In' It seems as though you made a typo while tagging yourself, please fix this. In the general purpose of the contract, you state that you are making it also to void another contract, please include this in the sections where you write the terms that each person agrees with. After this has been done @haydensch must re-sign the contract.
