Users Involved in this Contract: @KingCharlie9 @Natelev General Purpose of Contract: I, KingCharlie9 am purchasing a Melon Sword /own'd by clownprinc98 from @Natelev on a payment plan from Natelev. Natelev will have to pay KingCharlie9 back all the money put into the signs located at /warp kingsway in the event that clownprinc98 returns and claims the melon sword back, if it is in the payment time frame. If clownprinc98 returns and claims it after the payment timeframe, Natelev will owe KingCharlie9 400k within 1 month of clownprinc98 returning and claiming it. Tool ID: I @KingCharlie9 agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: - I agree to put 100k in the signs located at /warp kingsway each week on the following dates. By this I mean, each Monday, I will put 100k into 1 sign, for 8 weeks. Meaning I will pay 100k per week. The first payment will be on Monday 18 December 2017. $800k in total. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Natelev : -Natelev must put the melon sword with ID in the picture above in the chest located next to the payment signs within 1 hour of this contract being accepted. - In the event that clownprinc98 returns to the server and claims the melon sword, before all payments have been completed, Natelev must refund me of all I have paid so far. -In the event of clownprinc98 returns to the server and claims the melon sword, after all payments have been made, Natelev must pay me $400k ECD. After a period of a 6 months, this will no longer be valid and Natelev wont owe me $400k ECD. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree.

Hey @KingCharlie9 There needs to be a closed period of when money is owed in the event that clownprinc98 claims the tool or it has to be removed from the contract.

Lmao now that I'm actually reading the contract, looks like @KingCharlie9 changed it quite a bit from what we initially agreed on. We initially agreed on me owing 200k if clownprinc98 claimed it, and I have no idea where the 400k came from. I also thought he included that it expired in 6 months from the start. Please change this Charlie.
