[Contract] Sale of Ownership to Divinity and Sanctus_real

General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of ownership in both Divinity and Sanctus_Real to @tooHD in exchange for 1million ECD.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• Within 24 hours of this contract being accepted, I will create 15 trade signs (14 selling 7 dirt for $10,000 each and 1 selling 2 dirt for $10,000 each. 1million total) which will all be located above /warp station22 (already done)
• Within 24 hours of this contract being accepted, I will add @tooHD to the towns of Divinity and Sanctus_real
• After all payments have been received and a total of 1million has been received, I will then remove myself from the owners list to both these towns (Divinity and Sanctus_real).

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• Agree's to keep @THCOOL on the owners list to BOTH Divinity and Sanctus_Real. Under NO circumstances may @tooHD remove @THCOOL from owners list to either of these towns.
• Agree's to make a total of 15 payments into trade signs which will be setup by @THCOOL above his shop at /warp station22 (already done)
• Agree's to make the following payments to the trade signs by the following dates:

1. 10/28/16 - $70,000
2. 11/4/16 - $70,000
3. 11/11/16 - $70,000
4. 11/18/16 - $70,000
5. 11/25/16 - $70,000
6. 12/2/16 - $70,000
7. 12/9/16 - $70,000
8. 12/16/16 - $70,000
9. 12/23/16 - $70,000
10. 12/30/16 - $70,000
11. 1/6/17 - $70,000
12. 1/13/17 - $70,000
13. 1/20/17 - $70,000
14. 1/27/17 - $70,000
15. 1/30/17 - $20,000

This totals $1,000,000

• Agree's that if at any point he is a total of 2 payments late, then this contract will be voided and @tooHD will be removed as an owner from both towns. Should this happen, a fee of $100,000 will be due within 10 days of this contract being voided.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
